AREA TRAINING

N.B.
The Pony Proficiency Certificate is still required for any pony rider who wishes to be considered for the Home Pony International team. Even after the 5* Star Performance Awards for juniors is brought in later this year, it will still be necessary for HPI pony riders to obtain the Pony Proficiency Certificate. I have copies of the syllabus for anyone who wants to see one. Any accredited BSJA coach can assess you for this.

N.B.
Please note. It is necessary for anyone transporting livestock to obtain an authorisation certificate to do so.if they are in any way doing this for hire or reward. This means running an equine based business, working as a groom or farm labourer as well as transport companies. This ruling came in on Jan 5th 2007. Forms can be downloaded from the SVS {State Veterinary Service} web site.
